This Deputy Town Clerk role is essentially being the organized brain of Windsor’s records, boards, elections, and even the cemetery. Lots of meetings and paperwork but zero staff drama since you don’t have to worry about supervising anyone.

What kind of jobs do you share?

Mostly entry-level and early-career roles in and around Fort Collins. Restaurants, trades, office jobs, retail, and even some remote stuff. If it’s local and pays a livable wage, it’s fair game.

How is this any different than just looking on Indeed or LinkedIn?

A lot of small local businesses don’t post to the big platforms because it gets expensive fast (even though they claim it’s free). Instead, they’ll post on social, hang a sign in the window, or just ask around. Job Drop pulls those together in one place.

Is this really free? What’s the catch?

Yup. Totally free for both employers and job seekers. If a business needs a bunch of applicants ASAP they can pay a tiny fee to promote their listing. But apart from that no one pays a dime.

Why is the job market so terrible?

No idea. That’s above my pay grade. Call your senator or something.
